Employees at Paricon are provided the opportunity to wear many hats. As a small company each employee is expected to always think outside the box and do what is necessary to help us succeed. At the present time we are trying to fill two key positions.

• Director of Marketing and Sales - The person filling this role must have a strong technical background in the area of interconnection technology, be self motivated, work well with customers and know how to develop creative custom solutions in real time. The candidate must also be skilled in the art of finding true business opportunities. Being well organized is critical.
  
• Development Technologist - The candidate for this job must have good lab experimental skills with the ability to define, set up and execute data acquisition based studies on interconnection products. A background which includes both hands-on and analytical skills as found in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or physics is required. The ability to use Lab View or other control software is required as well as the ability to design and construct experimental apparatus.
