The process used to define the customer need starts with our Customer Application Definition Form (CAD form) . The goal of this form is to fully capture all of the parameters that define the need for which a solution is required. Its use assures a systematic approach to the product definition process which provides both Paricon and its customer a full understanding of the solution boundaries.
