The small swivel top socket is a compact, space-efficient solution designed for small-footprint applications requiring reliable device loading and alignment. Featuring a swivel key-lock cover for secure and repeatable application of load, it supports devices up to 20x20mm and is compatible with common package styles including LGA, QFN, BGA, and Copper Pillar. Optional machined channels can be added to provide RF trace clearance for high-frequency designs. Available in three standard sizes—Small (up to 7x7mm), Medium (up to 12x12mm), and Large (10x10mm to 20x20mm)—the socket maintains a minimal PCB footprint across configurations. Each socket assembly includes a contactor/alignment frame with PariPoser® elastomer, a load clamp cover assembly, and a support plate with socket base plate and mounting hardware for easy integration.

Three Standard Sizes
- Small – up to device size 7x7mm (socket size over PCB: L=14, W=14, H=22).
- Medium – up to device size 12x12mm (socket size over PCB: L=19, W=19, H=23).
- Large – device size 10×10 to 20x20mm (socket size over PCB: L=30, W=30, H=35).
